Impact Litigation
CWLC is on the front lines of high-impact cases designed to bring about systemic change and to protect and advance the rights of women and girls by reducing the barriers which keep women and girls in poverty. We take on cases referred to us by legal services providers and other community organizations supporting low-income women and girls, and we also partner with legal service providers as co-counsel.
In addition to pursing the cases most likely to bring about systemic change for many women and girls, CWLC provides litigation support for legal service providers throughout the state through training, technical assistance and tactical advice.

Amicus Briefs
