It’s been 20 years since that one student stood in Tianamen square facing down tanks and the full military might of the Chinese government. All in the name of democracy. Today Dr. Leroy Carhart announced that he will take over for the murdered Dr. George Tiller and perform late term abortions in Kansas, undoubtedly saving women’s lives. He is also fighting for democracy. By standing up for the rule of law – not the barrel of a gun -  Dr. Carhart is fighting the war on terror on American soil. Let’s not leave him standing here alone.
