Cathy Kim is on the executive team of Voluware, a SaaS company serving the healthcare industry. Prior to Voluware, she was Director of Corporate Development at Arzon Solar and a senior manager at Amonix, Arzon’s predecessor. Prior to Arzon, Cathy was a senior litigation associate for Winston & Strawn where she defended publicly traded companies to resolve matters before the Securities and Exchange Commission and the Department of Justice. In 2010, she served as the team leader for research regarding economic trade issues on sustainable energy, which was presented to the APEC Business Advisory Council in Japan. She graduated from Yale University, earned her law degree from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, and received her Masters of Business Administration from the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business.
