The California Women’s Law Center supports California State Senate Bill 770 authored by Senator Hannah-Beth Jackson.
Senate Bill 770 will extend California’s Paid Family Leave Law to include seriously ill siblings, grandparents, grandchildren and parents-in-law.
California was the first state in the nation to implement a Paid Family Leave Law and ensure that workers did not have to decide between caring for their loved ones and maintaining an income. Help us to keep California at the forefront of this important issue.
SAY THANK YOU: To the Governor for signing SB 770
