The California Women’s Law Center supports California State Assembly Bill 154 authored by Assemblymember Toni Atkins.
Assembly Bill 154 expands access to safe abortion services for all women in California by authorizing licensed Nurse Practitioners, Certified Nurse Midwives and Physician Assistants to provide first trimester abortion care.
