Tiffany Siart serves as Executive Director of the California Women’s Law Center, where she leads efforts to advance the rights of women and girls across California. Bringing decades of leadership experience dedicated to advancing equity, justice, and opportunity, Tiffany has guided organizational growth at Turnaround Arts: California and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Los Angeles and championed critical human rights initiatives at Human Rights Watch. With deep experience in strategy and organizational growth, she brings a collaborative approach to expanding CWLC’s impact. Tiffany earned her B.A. from the University of California at Berkeley, her J.D. from the University of Michigan and her Executive International MBA from the Sorbonne.

Elizabeth Kristen (she/her) serves as Legal Director of the California Women’s Law Center. A Berkeley Law graduate and former Ninth Circuit law clerk, she began her public interest career as a Skadden Fellow in 2002. She spent more than twenty years at Legal Aid at Work, leading major initiatives advancing gender equity and LGBTQ rights. In 2012, she was selected as a Harvard Law Wasserstein Fellow. In 2015, she received a “California Lawyer of the Year” award for her work on the landmark Title IX athletics case Ollier v. Sweetwater. She has been a Northern California Super Lawyer since 2016.

Raquel Ibarra is a social worker with a Master of Social Work from CSU Long Beach and a deep commitment to equity-driven public policy, community leadership, and people-centered liberation work. She serves as Policy Associate at the California Women’s Law Center, bringing experience in social work, higher education, and therapy to policy analysis and advocacy. Raised in Los Angeles by parents from Guayaquil, Ecuador, Raquel centers culturally responsive, bilingual practice rooted in anti-racism and anti-gender violence. Over the past decade, she has led reproductive and mental health initiatives, trained practitioners, and designed programs that uplift the wisdom of the global majority.

Taylor Brewer is a Los Angeles County native dedicated to serving the communities that shaped her. As a Staff Attorney at CWLC, she focuses on housing issues, economic security, and ending violence against women. Previously, she served as a staff attorney with Legal Services of Northern California as a generalist, providing free legal help in a rural community and gaining broad experience across many areas of law.

Before entering legal aid, Taylor worked with small Los Angeles organizations centered on economic stability and inclusive community organizing. She is a proud graduate of the University of San Diego School of Law and Loyola Marymount University.

Julianna Gesiotto is a Staff Attorney working across CWLC’s multiple avenues of advocacy to fight inequality and protect the rights of women and girls. At CWLC, Julianna focuses on our athletics equity work and reproductive justice advocacy. Before joining CWLC, Julianna worked in employment litigation where she helped workers who were denied proper wages, discriminated against, or harassed on the basis of a protected class.

Julianna graduated cum laude from Loyola Law School as a public interest scholar where she was a board member of both the ACLU Loyola and Reproductive Justice LA, and she completed a practicum in civil rights litigation.

Heather Longridge is the Office Manager for the California Women’s Law Center. Heather has worked at nonprofit organizations providing resources to underserved community members. She honed her skills in project management, community health, outreach, economic development, and policy work. Heather has a degree in Psychology from the University of California, Irvine. She is excited to be a part of the team at CWLC and to support advocacy for gender equality for women and girls.
