If you feel that you case is not being handled appropriately or that you are not being treated properly as a client with regard to this case, you may submit a timely written complaint letter explaining the problem(s) to the Executive Director of CWLC or their designee. The complaint should be forwarded to the Executive Director or their designee within thirty (30) days from the time you become aware of the problem(s).
In considering the written complaint letter, the Executive Director or their designee may choose to meet with you to obtain additional information or clarification regarding the problem(s) presented in the complaint letter. Following a review of the complaint letter, the Executive Director or their designee will respond to it and, if necessary, advise you of additional options that might be available to me.
Before you use this process, you are strongly urged to discuss the problem(s) with the attorney representing you, as doing so might lead to a more efficient resolution of the matter.
