Each year, CWLC participates in dozens of amicus briefs addressing a variety of legal issues affecting justice and equality for women and girls. Most of these briefs are filed in California, while some are filed at the federal level and in appellate courts across the country. We often do this work in partnership with other advocacy organizations, as well as with support from our Board of Directors and their law firms.
