CWLC supports AB 569, the Reproductive Health Nondiscrimination Act (RHNDA), introduced by Assemblymember Gonzalez Fletcher, which would ensure that California’s workers are protected against workplace discrimination that is based on their personal reproductive health care decisions, such as using in vitro fertilization or birth control.
